After returning from Connecticut to cheer T on in her competition, I head home to change clothes and head out again to K and S' wedding at St. Bart's Church. The service and reception were beautifully done.
This is M and me at the reception, which began with drinks and nibbles on the outside patio of St Barts. We later went inside the reception hall for dinner and dancing.
According to Wikipedia: Carbon was discovered in prehistory and occurs in all organic life. This nonmetal also has the interesting chemical property of being able to bond with itself and a wide variety of other elements, forming nearly ten million known compounds. Carbon compounds form the basis of all life on Earth and the carbon-nitrogen cycle provides some of the energy produced by the Sun and other stars. Without it life as we know it could not exist.
